CROSS ICE TOURNAMENT RULES
1. Divider rink into three equal playing surfaces, either perpendicular to zone
lines or from crease to blue line with 3rd surface in neutral zone.
2. All team benches shared.
3. Blue pucks will be used.
4. ¾ nets will be used.
5. Home and Away Jerseys are required.
6. No scorekeeping or standings.
7. Three 15-minute periods – running clock (more periods will be added if
time permits)
8. Face off must be at center ice at the start of each period after every goal.
Behind the net on saves. After either event, whistle blown and ref/coach
will retrieve the puck from the net to initiate puck drop behind the net or at
center ice.
9. There must be one coach per team.
10. Penalties – player goes to the side lines for remainder of shift plus one full
shift – replace player on ice.
