This Year, We Built. Next Year, We House. Thank you for being an answer to prayer. God is so very good. That has been the theme of our year at New Horizons. With your faithful help, we’ve seen God provide the resources for our new twelve-bed housing program. We’ve seen so many of you donate your time and talents to moving, painting, demolition, and building the housing space. But more than that, we’ve seen young people energized by the hope of a home at New Horizons. This year, we started building. Thanks to all of you, next year we’ll welcome our first young people home. Until then, we continue to encourage and support youth as they leave street life. Our apprenticeship program is expanding and successfully placing youth into jobs and housing. Our case managers meet youth were they are and walk with them as they journey away from the streets. And we continue to offer food, clothing, showers, and encouragement to teens and young adults who have no place else to go. God is so very good. Thanks to all of you for being an answer to our prayers! Mary E.
