Open to any Single Service Member • Must register in person with
the SMP Coordinator • Due at registration: Contact info, all SMP
trip prerequisite forms (picked up from SMP Coordinator) with
approval, $300 deposit • Optional $95 insurance
Remaining trip payments can be made in installments

application before securing a slot.
