Trade Show – We fabricated 10 replica F-4 Phanton Jet Radar displays by creating the highly detailed and intricate face plate
from black acrylic. The buttons and display were engraved, the box was made of MDF and fitted to allow a light installed in
the rear, illuminating the display. Once assembled, the screens were weathered and aged to make them appear well used.

Trade Show – The Samsung phone and camera displays were created for the CES (Consumer Electronics Show). Our sculptors created the pieces from Urethane foam, several layers of resin and fiberglass. A smooth and glossy finish was created by
rigorous sanding and polishing. The sculpted pieces were used as an eye-catching photo opportunity for guests of CES.

Snow Globes >>
The large holiday Snow Globes were commissioned for a family of hospital and care facilities in the southern US. A several
foot diameter cast acrylic globe was created and sat upon a structured, custom fabricated base. Housed in the base are
monitors and wiring that operate a turntable, lights, and fake snow blower to offer a realistic and festive larger than life snow
globe. The decorations were then assembled and applied to resemble the snow globes provided as reference.

Stanley Cup >>
This entirely custom built replica of the Stanley Cup was requested by Joe Pytka to be used in an advertisement for FedEx.
The form was created using a positive scale representation called a ‘Buck’. Heated polystyrene plastic was then pulled over
top of the shape in a method referred to as ‘Vaccuforming’. After the basic shape pulled from the buck has been refined and
polished, the piece was chrome plated and assembled; ready to be used on camera to represent the iconic trophy.

La Prairie & Carven Bottles >>
The over-sized display bottles for La Prairie and Carven were both fabricated using very similar methods. The initial form is
sculpted using 10# foam. The sculpture is then vaccuformed using polystyrene, or in the case of the Carven bottle, a material
called PET-G. After detailed, the forms are painted using a high quality automotive paint, custom mixed to match the color of
the reference provided. The tops of the La Prairie bottles were given a chrome effect using chrome automotive vinyl.
