ALARMS IN STAIRWELLS
To ensure the government building remains secure,
Countywide Security requested that alarms be
installed. This request came in response to the
problems that we have had with transients
taking refuge in our building. It was also
observed that the side stairwell doors were
not shutting completely after staff exited.
There is now an alarm on the 1st floor of
both the north and south side stairwell doors.
Please do not exit the building from the side
stairwell doors unless in the case of an
emergency. Please get the message out and request
that they exit from the central stairwell or elevator.
