Branding Guidelines - Interactive Info Wall Phase I: Design We will need the following items from you to create the mockup for your design: 1. A high resolution version of your logo (.jpg, .tiff, or .bmp) 4 2. A high resolution image for the Welcome screen (.jpg, .tiff, or .bmp) 3. Your color pallet of official colors 2 4. A link to your website and any other files that show your “design style” 5. The title / label for the navigation items at the bottom 3 5 1 Phase 2: Build (Info) 1 To build the info portion of the presentation we will provide a tab on your Google Spreadsheet. In the info tab you will be able to provide the following information for up to 6 sections: 2 1. Header (limit to 32 characters) 2. Phone number (limit to 30 characters) 3 Page 1 Revised: 060213 3. Text to briefly explain donation information 4 2. Link to webpage (for QR code) so user can scan to acquire more information. 2 3 5 Phase II: Build (Donor Popup Cards) 1 To build your floating profile cards for the “Donors” we will provide you a 2 designated tab on your Google Spreadsheet with the following columns 4 and would request 5 sample profiles for testing: 1. This could be used to highlight a recent award, talk about key achievements, or explain how to nominate. Please provide us with the following: 2 1 1. Vimeo URL links to up to 4 videos 2. The Twitter gadget can support a variety of criteria. Please provide us the Twitter ID, hashtag, or explanation of the criteria you want to follow. Phase II: Build (Events & News) The Events & News section allows you to insert an RSS feed along with an events schedule. We will provide a tab on your Google Spreadsheet so that you can populate it with your data. Please provide us with the following: 1 2 1. RSS feed URL link 2.
