Cheeseburger Pizzas

What To Do:
–2 baking sheets
–Medium saucepan
–Measuring spoons
–Large nonstick skillet
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line 2 baking
sheets with aluminum foil.

2. Make Sauce: In a medium saucepan,
heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add garlic
and sauté 1 minute. Add crushed
tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, ∏
teaspoon salt, ∑ teaspoon pepper, and
ONLY ∏ teaspoon oregano. Reduce
heat and simmer 8 minutes or until
thickened. Season with salt and pepper
to taste.
5. Finish Topping Pizzas: Top pizzas
with arugula and drizzle with olive oil.
To Serve: Cut pizzas into wedges and
serve.

tops of the cooked pizzas for authentic
cheeseburger flavor.
H Spice it Up!: Make the sauce spicy by
stirring in ∑ to ½ teaspoon crushed red
pepper.
