happen?Employerswillstarttoconsiderthemshortterm,notworththetraininginvestment,
notworththeeffort,andtheworkerwillfeellikeanumber-notahuman.Itdoesn'tmake
senseinsomanyways.Iftheyaretrulytemporary-givethemtherighttocontinuetoworklong
termandtransitbackandforthwithgreaterease.theycankeeptieshereandintheirhome
