When the kids were in a jam, They could always call on Gram. But today she’s in the gym Exercising to keep slim. She’s checking the web or surfing the net, Sending some e-mail or placing a bet. Hours: Monday – Friday 11:30am –12:15pm Cost: $3.50 donation if over age 60 $5.00 for all others 419-626-2560 Page 8 Bruschetta Meatloaf 1 can (14 ½ oz) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 pkg. (6 oz) Stove top stuffing mix 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef 1 egg ½ cup shredded cheese (Italian 5 cheese blend) Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix tomatoes and stuffing mix. Reserve half. Add meat and egg to remaining stuffing mixture; mix well. Press into bottom of 8 inch square baking dish. Spread reserved stuffing mixture over meat mixture. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Top with cheese and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes, or until meatloaf reaches 160 degrees. Diabetic Brownies 2 cups graham cracker crumbs ½ cup chopped walnuts 3 oz. chocolate chips 1 ½ tsp. Sweet-N-Low (6 packs) ¼ tsp. salt 1 cup skim milk Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in bowl and blend well. Bake in greased 8” x 8” pan for 30 minutes.
