Starting line: between FL G 2.5s 6 ST “1”M light at New Buffalo harbor entrance and a
point 0.25 nm offshore on a range line (approximately 130°-310°) defined by the red light
and green light at the harbor entrance.
Starting seq: start time announced at skippers meeting
2 or 3 sections: JAM 2, JAM 1 & Spin 2, Spin 1, 5 minute sequences
RC announcements: VHF ch 71
Finish line: Mark # 5 at starboard end; extending 50 yd 152°; RC boat, or inflatable mark,
if present, to port.
Alternate finish line: through the “gap”, between the Michigan City Lighthouse and the NE
end of the detached break wall. The lighthouse shall be to port.
