Hoover’s range of washing machines and dryers are

Dynamic 8+
HIGHEST QUALITY WASHING
The Hoover Dynamic 8+ has been designed to satisfy
every washing request by today’s ever demanding
consumers. With a 350mm porthole, the most up-to-date
technology and 3rd Generation electronics, it delivers the
highest washing quality, even on precious and delicate
fibres. No need to worry about stubborn stains and colour
fading any more.
THE FLEXIBLE ALL-ROUNDER
The Dynamic 8+ not only offers a large 8kg washing
capacity but is extremely flexible with wash options
from as little as 1.5kg (selected cycles only). With
varying wash load options available, this means you can
save valuable time by selecting programs such as a 14,
30 or 44 minute Rapid Wash for lightly soiled garments
(1.5kg, 2.5kg & 3.5kg respectively) or achieve the perfect
wash for heavily soiled clothes by opting for a pre-wash,
extending the overall wash time. There is even a delicate
program for those much loved items made with delicate
fibres. Although each wash program has a recommended
wash temperature, most have the ability to adjust the
temperature higher or lower to suit your preferred needs.
SUPERIOR TECHNOLOGY
The Intelligent Wash System and the 3rd Generation
microprocessor provide an automatic control system
to determine the laundry load and to adjust washing
parameters, i.e. water consumption, temperature, and
duration of the cycle.
ULTIMATE SPIN SPEED
With the highest spin speed available in the Hoover
range of washing machines, at 1600rpm the Dynamic 8+
removes water thoroughly from even the thickest of
fabrics. Spin speed is variable and can be altered as
desired for selected programs.

VisionHD 7Kg
LARGE CAPACITY WASHING
With a generous 7kg washing capacity the VisionHD
series are suitable for most family homes. VisionHD
washers have an extra large 350mm porthole positioned
much higher in the cabinet than traditional front loader
washing machines. Not only does this look more striking
but it also makes loading and unloading much easier,
especially for bulky items. VisionHD models are available
with a 1400rpm spin speed.
DIGITAL DISPLAY
The Digital Display feature on the VHD 8144D washer
will indicate the wash time for a full load based on the
program selected and the intensity of the washing action.
The KG Mode monitors information on the wash load
during the first 4 minutes then adjusts the water
consumption and cycle time to suit the type of load. Easy
to read and strongly illuminated, the digital display shows
when you have modified a spin speed or selected delay
start on a wash cycle.
RAPID WASH
VisionHD washers offer a selection of rapid wash
programs for small loads of up to a maximum of 3.5kg
(kg capacity depends on the time selected). From as little
as 14 minutes up to 44 minutes (program time may vary
depending on load size), the rapid wash options are ideal
for smaller loads which are lightly soiled and will use less
detergent than a normal wash cycle.

Dynamic Dryer
DYNAMIC CONDENSER DRYER
The Hoover Dynamic condenser sensor dryer cares for
your environment. With Hoover’s unique AquaVision water
tank, water removed from the fabric can be reused for
household tasks such as ironing or cleaning the floors,
which ultimately results in reduced water bills. As the
Hoover Dynamic dryer is a condenser model it requires no
ventilation and also means that moisture and fluff will not
build up in the surrounding environment.
AQUAVISION
AquaVision is made from Styrene Acrylonitrile, a strong
plastic material that can withstand high temperatures, is
scratch resistant, durable and robust. Thanks to its
ergonomical handle, the AquaVision is very easy to remove
and carry and is similar to carrying a handbag. The
innovative shape of AquaVision means that it is self
balancing when carried, avoiding spillages, and is easy to
empty.

OPTIONAL DRAINAGE HOSE
A drainage hose is supplied with the dryer, should you wish
to avoid emptying the water container after each drying
cycle. The water can be discharged directly to a waste
water drain pipe, the same drainage system as household
sinks.
DIGITAL DISPLAY SCREEN
The digital display not only allows you to easily monitor
the time remaining of the selected drying cycle, but also
alerts you to when the water needs to be emptied from
AquaVision and when the filter needs to be cleaned, via
LED indicators. Other LED indicators are also visible on
the digital display, when specific options are selected.
When selecting the delay start option, the display will
show a delay of 1 hour, subsequent presses of the button
will increase the delay in one hour increments (up to
24 hours).

Stacking Kit
SPACE SAVING STACK KIT
For selected Hoover washer and dryer models an
authorised Hoover stacking kit is available. The stack
kit allows the dryer to be placed on top of your washing
machine, saving valuable floor space in your home and
comes with a handy slide out shelf for placing small items
when preparing for a load of washing or drying.
In order to take advantage of the stacking ability a
minimum height of 1732mm must be available
(this height includes the washer, dryer and stack kit).
ELIGIBLE MODELS
The Hoover washer and dryer stack kit is
suitable for the following models:
DYN 9166P Washing Machine &
DYC 8713BX Condenser Dryer.
AUTHORISED ACCESSORY
Please note the authorised Hoover stacking kit is the
only approved Hoover accessory. Using unauthorised
accessories such as plinths or other stack kits may

Intelligent Sensor
The sophisticated electronic software
incorporated in the Intelligent Wash
System adjusts the water level and
program length throughout the cycle
according to how much laundry you load
into the machine.
LCD Display
The advanced LCD display featured on the
Dynamic range allows you to manage all
elements of your wash or steam cycle with
an easy to read display.
3D Dynamic Wash System
The totally redesigned VisionHD drum uses
increased water pressure, curved paddles
and a raised dome system to move the
laundry in a 3-dimensional way, providing
the innovative dynamics that ensures
clothes are washed to the optimum
performance.
Higher, Wider Porthole
Dynamic and VisionHD washers have an
extra large 350mm porthole positioned
much higher in the cabinet than traditional
washing machines. This not only looks more
striking but also makes loading and
unloading much easier – even bulky items
go in without a struggle.
HydroPressure
Smaller and numerous holes in the new
drum achieve a higher water pressure for
an all round better cleaning performance,
which enables improved water extraction
during the spin cycle.
HydroDome
The raised HydroDome profiles increase
the water circulation and stop clothes
from clinging to the sides of the drum
during the wash cycle. This helps to move
the laundry in a 3-dimensional way during
the wash cycle for a more effective wash
action and reduced creasing of clothes.
The convex shape of the HydroDome
profiles also improves water distribution
and extraction throughout the wash cycle.
Inverter Wash Technology
The Dynamic range offers the quietest
Hoover wash ever with our innovative
inverter wash technology, an advanced
brushless motor that is far quieter than
conventional motors.
KG Mode
During the first 4 minutes of the cycle,
the KG Mode monitors information on the
wash load, then adjusts the cycle time and
water consumption to suit the type of load.
Countdown Display
Available on selected washing machines,
the Hoover Countdown Display gives an
at-a-glance indication of the time remaining
on any wash cycle so you can manage your
time more effectively.
Temperature Select
A variable temperature control allows
you to wash your clothes at a different
temperature than the program
operates at.
Spin Select
Hoover washers have the flexibility of being
able to lower the spin speed depending on
your washing needs.
Woollens Cycle
This program is dedicated to washing
garments labelled with the Wool symbol.
Silk Cycle
Ideal for washing “hand wash only”
garments due to the low 30°C
temperature and no final spin.
Rapid Wash
All Hoover washing machines offer rapid
wash programs from as little as 14
minutes to 44 minutes (time varies
depending on load size). Rapid wash
programs are suitable for lightly soiled
clothes or washing a few items in a hurry.
Sports Cycle
Designed to deal with generally expensive
fabrics which require gentleness in the
wash cycle but which are liable to be dirty
or stained following rigorous exercise.
Provides a longer wash cycle at a low
temperature.
Duvet Cycle
Available on the Dynamic, the Duvet cycle
has been specially designed to wash bulky
items which require more water and a
specific drum spinning action to wash
items effectively.
Delay Start
This option allows you to delay the start
of the wash, enabling you to arrive home
just in time for when the cycle finishes
rather than leave the clothes damp inside
the washer. It also enables you to take
advantage of cheaper-rate electricity
tariffs with smart meters.
Sensitive Skin
Designed for people with delicate and
sensitive skin this option uses more water
to ensure detergent dissolves perfectly
and removes all traces of detergent from
the fibres when rinsed.
Easy Iron / Fast Iron
Available on selected programs, this
function enables easier ironing due to a
uniquely designed anti-crease system that
is tailored to specific fabrics.
Stain Blaster
The selected temperature is kept at a
constant level through out the wash cycle
and the drum is made to turn at two
different speeds at crucial moments during
the wash and rinse procedures, improving
the efficiency of the wash.

Dryer FEATURES
AquaVision
Hoover has created an easy to use
water tank – AquaVision. Thanks to its
ergonomical handle, the AquaVision is very
easy to remove and carry and is similar to
carrying a handbag. The innovative shape of
AquaVision means that it is self balancing
when carried, avoids spillages and is easy
to empty.
AquaVision is made from Styrene

that can withstand high temperatures, is
scratch resistant, durable and robust.
Reusable Water
The water which is collected in the new
patented AquaVision is purified and lime
scale free, so it can be reused for lots of
jobs around the home including ironing
and cleaning floors. Since the water is
limescale free AquaVision maintains its
transparency & provides clear visibility of
the clothes inside during the cycle.
Drain Hose
Although AquaVision makes it simple to
dispose of water, to avoid emptying the
water container after each drying cycle,
the water can be discharged directly to a
waste water drain pipe (the same drainage
system as household sinks).
Sensor Programs
The sophisticated electronic software
incorporated in the sensor condenser
dryer, senses when the clothes are at the

selected level of dryness and switches off
when it reaches the desired level. There
are four sensor dry programs to choose
from Bone Dry, Store Dry, Hang Dry and
Iron Dry.
Delay Start
This option allows you to delay the start
of the dry cycle between 1–24 hours,
enabling you to have fresh, warm bath
towels after your morning shower.
It also enables you to take advantage of
cheaper-rate electricity tariffs with smart
meters.
Led Indicators
LED indicators conveniently located on the
control panel alert you to when the water
needs to be emptied from AquaVision and
when the filter needs to be cleaned.
Drying Programs
A selection of drying programs are
available including delicate wool finish, fast
iron, rapid 40, refresh cycle, mix & dry and
shirts. Each program adjusts the drying
temperature and time to suit the clothing
type.
Relax Program
The relax program provides a
conditioning and anti-crease function.
The dryer will heat the load for 9 minutes
followed by a 3 minute cool down period
and is especially good for garments which
may have been left for some time prior to
ironing, in a linen basket for example.
This program relaxes the creases in the
fabric making ironing quicker and easier.
Wool Finish Program
A gentle program specially created to
get woollens softer after air drying.
This delicate warm air cycle, lasting 12
minutes, can also be used to get woollens
‘refreshed’ after being stored in the
wardrobe.
Mix & Dry Program
This is a special timed program for a
maximum load of 4kg (117 min). The default
duration is 99 minutes and allows you to
dry up to 3kg. With this program you can
dry together cotton and synthetic fabrics.
Shirts Program
This is a special timed program for shirts
of max load of 3kg (78 minutes).
For synthetic shirts you have to press the
Acrylic Synthetic button. The default
duration is 60 minutes and allows to dry
up to 2kg.
Rapid 40’ Program
The Rapid 40’ program allows a drying
cycle to be completed quickly. This is an
ideal program for having dry, refreshed
and ready-to-wear clothes in less than 40
minutes. The maximum load is 2kg and the
program is suitable for all types of fabrics
where tumble drying is appropriate.
Memo Program
Memo Program allows to re-perform a
program that the user has saved before,
without selecting the correct sequence of
program selector positions and option
buttons for that particular program.
Time Programs
Time selection includes all the manual
time programs: from 30 minutes to 180
minutes. The 20 minutes selection time is
only cool air ventilation (Refresh).
Anti-Crease
Allows you to select a post drying
anti-crease cycle via a button.
Acrylic / Synthetic
When using the shirts program, press
this button when drying synthetic shirts.
The program will default to 60 minutes for
a maximum load of 2kg.
