Quotas and Pricing
All members will tag, price, and distribute her own merchandise (except $2000 Prize Girls)
Please use GREEN ink or markers
Each member is responsible for bringing $100 worth of priced merchandise, pre-sales tax
No item should be priced lower than $0.50
All prices on tags are to be obtained from the pricing guide
o Uniformly priced items do not have to be tagged (ie books, clothing, etc)
There is a $20 cap on media (books, movies, etc)
o More items may be donated, but it will not count towards quota totals

VERIFIED
Tax Credit
Tax credit documentation is provided on all merchandise donated to the Thrift Sale. Your Thrift Sale quota comes from
what your merchandise is priced for at the sale, pre-sales tax. YOUR TAX CREDIT MAY BE HIGHER THAN YOUR
THRIFT SALE CREDIT. When you receive merchandise from someone else who wants tax credit, please have them
itemize the merchandise on a quota sheet. Then enter the person's name, address and the amount that person wants
for tax credit and the Thrift Sale credit (how much we priced it for). Quality control will stamp these sheets when you
arrive with your merchandise.
Miscellaneous Information
Absolutely no one other than those working the shift shall be allowed inside the building before the start of the sale.
No sales shall be made before Preview Shopping. Merchandise credit may not be transferred to another member
after the merchandise has been brought into the Thrift Sale building. Individual members shall not solicit stores
without prior knowledge and approval of the Auction Solicitation Chairman.
Thrift Sale Penalties
Penalty for undelivered quota: cash equivalent plus a $50.00 fine. (Actives: $100 + $50 = $150
Penalty for each un-excused, missed pricing shift: $50 fine.
Penalty for each un-excused, missed sale day shift: $50 fine.
