Our insured’s will be provided a direct number for Roadside Assistance Claims at renewal; however, we can transfer
calls to Agero, Inc. if the insured calls NYCM directly.
All services within the coverage limits are provided by Agero, Inc. at no cost to the customer. If the services exceed
the coverage limits, the customer will be responsible to pay the difference at the time service is provided.
