Comments: After an initial short delay, the work was

Description of work: Dining room – preparation of
walls, skirtings, radiator and then painted lounge – as
above but walls papered after being stripped.
Hall and stairs and landing – ceilings painted,
skirtings painted, walls, preparation and painting of
new staircase and eight new doors.
Comments: Brian completed the above work in a
confident and professional manner and within the
planned timescale. He was helpful, obliging and gave
good advice. He worked carefully and tidily. We
would happily recommend Brian to others and indeed
will ask him back in the future.

Ceiling watermarks coated in stain block. Ceiling
coated with white matt emulsion. Walls coated with
coloured matt emulsion colour x 2 coats. Skirting,
facing, window sill and radiator made good and
finished with gloss white. Door made good and
finished in gloss white.
Comments: Brian turned up on time as expected and
did a fantastic job.

coated with white matt emulsion. Walls coated with
coloured matt emulsion 2 colours x 2 coats. Skirting,
facing, window sill and radiator made good and
finished with satin wood white.
Comments: Brian arrived at 8:03am as arranged. He
did an amazing job transferring bedroom to first class
standard. I am very pleased and would highly
recommend him.

Description of work: Papered the walls in our
downstairs hall, staircase and upstairs hall and
painted ceilings.
Comments: Brian McGown is the best in the
business! His quality of work is outstanding, he
always leaves our house clean and tidy and I know
he can be trusted alone if we ever need to leave the
house. As well as this, Brian is always happy to give
his professional advice whenever we need it, his
prices are very reasonable and he is always really
friendly. We have used Brian's services on a few
occasions now and look forward to having future
work done.

Description of work: Work undertaken included all
rooms repainted including walls, ceilings, skirting and
doors. Also designed and painted batman mural and
created "Bat Cave" in sons room.
Comments: All work was finished to a high standard,
and completed in a timely manner. Brian was very
flexible with times and worked around our family
schedule to complete the job. We were extremely
happy with the price and quality of the job, and our
son absolutely loved his new room.
