really new – I’ve been envisioning it
for many years! I am thrilled that it’s
now a reality and will contribute
toward our company’s Purpose to
make life better for the people we

As a Staffing Associate, you come to
us because you want a job. We find
you a position and you go to work at
the customer’s site, but you’re not

raving fans and open up greater career
opportunities for you in the future.
As an Ambassador, you’ll discuss
three brief questions with your supervisor when you start a new assignment.
Listen and document their responses,
then perform your duties according
to their answers – and wait to see
what happens. They are going to rave
about you! By taking the initiative to
find out exactly what your supervisor
wants, you’ll know how to deliver a
remarkable experience. And we’ll be
there to help you on your path to
success.
I am thrilled that you will be representing the Purpose and Promise of
Roth Staffing as an Ambassador.
Thank you for accepting this unique
opportunity that will enhance all of
our success in 2008 and beyond.

Remarkable Experiences
“I always bring some bagels to share with my coworkers on my first
day on an assignment and leave a note next to them saying ‘thanks for
welcoming me to your office this week, signed The Ledgent Staffing
Associate in Accounting.’ I always ask my Service Manager if it’s
appropriate because some places don’t want you to bring food - but it
opens the doors of communication and I meet more people that way.”
Share your example with other Engage readers of how you create remarkable
experiences for our customers while on assignment! Send your advice to
[email protected]. Published entries will receive a $50 Shell Gas Card!
