The Regisstrant and the Users of Akky’s Doma

3. ABOU
UT THE SERV
VICE.
3.1. Gene
eral Aspectss.
3.1.1. Contractiing.
The Se
ervice may be
e contracted
d by the Main User throu
ugh the Syste
em, either d
during the Do
omain
Name registration

or during the coverage period

of the
e Domain Na
ame. In orde
er to contracct the
Service
e, the Domaiin Name to which

the Se
ervice will be
e assigned m

er in Active sstatus

wise, it canno
ot be contraacted.
3.1.2. Coverage
e Period.
The Ap
pplicant willl choose th
he coverage period forr the Servicce accordingg to the op

e coverage period

e Service willl begin on tthe date in w
which
the Serrvice was req
quested and its maximum
m duration ccan only be e
equal to the current cove
erage
period of the Doma
ain Name.
3.1.3. Renewal.
When the coverag
ge period ch
hosen by the Applicant comes to an end, the
e Service ca
an be
renewe
ed for the periods

deterrmined in th
he System. T
The renewal can only be
e done while the
Domain
n Name is un
nder its coverrage period.
3.1.4. Assignation.
The Se
ervice will be
e assigned exclusively
e
to
o the Domaiin Names sta
ated by the Main User d
during
the pro
ocess of conttracting them
m through the System.
3.1.5. Cancellattion.
The Ma
ain User may
y cancel the Service

ugh the Syste
em.
3.1.6. Access.
In orde
er to have ac
ccess and to set up the Service,

the Main User m
must use his/
/her User Acccount
on the System.
3.1.7. Fees and Payment Me
ethods.

nsferable to another Dom
main Name. Moreover, iff the cancelllation
of a Se
ervice is requested, its payment

will neither be rrefundable n
nor transferable.

everal notificcations regarrding the pa

their due
d date, byy email, to the
t Main Use
er and/or Usser with Payyment permisssions
for each Domain Name

4. Term
4.1. In order

to contract and use the Service, the User, on behalf o

gistrant do not
n agree with all or parrt of what iss stated in tthis policy, tthey must re
efrain

m requesting
g, contractin
ng and/or ussing the Servvice, since iits use will b
be interpreted as
the
eir acceptanc
ce.
4.2. The
e Users conffirm that they are of le
egal age and
d that they have full u
use of their legal
cap
pacity, otherw
wise they should refrain from using aand/or reque
esting the Se
ervice.
4.3. The
e Users and the
t Registran
nt agree and accept that :
4.3.1. The Serviice is only associated with one Domain Nam
me and this Service iss not
transferab
ble to any otther Domain Name.
4.3.2. The conte
ent of this po
olicy can be modified by Akky, prior notice of at least fifteen
n (15)
Days before they will be enforced. The notice will be publlished in Akkky’s Website.
4.3.3. They are solely respo
onsible for the

treatmen
nt given to personal data to which they
have acce
ess due to th
heir relation with Akky, aas well as th
heir protection and that their
treatmentt will be ma
ade with the
e secrecy an d safety desserved, in accordance to the
provisionss of the appliicable legisla
ation.
