How to Enable Compatibility View in IE11 for
Sunrise Product Screens
Upgrading to Internet Explorer Version 11 has been known to create problems with the layout
of some Sunrise insurer product screens.
To fix any layout issues first try the following:
1. Open Internet Explorer 11, right click on the Favorites Bar, and ensure Menu Bar is ticked.
2. Once the File menu bar is visible, click on Tools and select Compatibility View Settings.

5. Close and re-open the browser.
Sometimes you may lose sites which you have added to the compatibility list between IE
sessions.
If this happening, try un-checking the ‘Delete browsing history on exit’:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click Tools > Internet Options
3. Click the General tab
4. Uncheck the option Delete browsing history on exit
