Bowers announces executive retirements, new roles
Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015 - Today, Paul Bowers announced
a slate of executive retirements and new appointments that
reflect Georgia Power’s continued commitment to develop
leaders for our future.
Five current Georgia Power officers have announced their
retirement, effective April 1. The retiring officers include:

Region.
Jacki Lowe, vice president, West Region.
Terri Lupo, vice president, South Region.
Thomas Wicker, vice president, Central Region.
James Wynn, vice president, Corporate Services.

As a result of the five retirements, eight new executive
appointments are being made, effective March 28, Bowers said. They are:

Pedro Cherry, currently vice president of Community
and Economic Development, will succeed Walt as senior
vice president of Metro Atlanta Region.

Anne Kaiser, currently vice president of Northwest Region, will
succeed Pedro as vice president of Community and Economic
Development.

Murry Weaver, currently vice president of Sales, will
succeed Anne as vice president of Northwest Region.

Latanza Adjei, currently director of the Customer Care
Center, will succeed Murry as vice president of Sales.

Nicole Faulk, currently Metro West Region manager,
will succeed Jacki as vice president of West Region.

Jason Manley, currently Coast Division manager at
Mississippi Power, will succeed Terri as vice president of
South Region.

Daryl Brown, currently Metro South Region manager,
will succeed Thomas as vice president of Central
Region.

Glen Grizzle, currently Labor Relations general
manager, will succeed James as vice president of
Corporate Services.
