At times, conflict can be unavoidable and can leave us feeling angry or down about ourselves. This presentation will help you to grasp the three different types of conflicts, and the ten steps towards conflict resolution that our children experience with friends, siblings, and classmates. Throughout the presentation you will learn self-advocacy skills to teach your children, and learn to understand how your children can help themselves in difficult situations. LIFE provides comprehensive therapeutic treatment for those in need within the community. At LIFE, Cara White and Daniel Veselak work with pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults, who might be struggling with anxiety, depression, social skill deficits, family conflict, academic/sports pressures and much more.
