 Mug shot - We need to know what they look
like! 3 points
 First, Middle and Last name of your
scientist. 2 points
 Birth Date and Year of Death OR if still alive
current age. 2 points
 What country were they born in and where
did they do their work? 2 points
 What are they famous (wanted) for? What is
their biggest accomplishments? 3-5
complete sentences, in YOUR OWN WORDS. 10 points
 1-2 additional pictures of your scientist
 Did this scientist work with another scientist? Who was it and what did they do? 3 points
 Are there any museums or other places that are named after your scientist? Where is it? 2 points
 Where they went to school/college 2 points
 If they had any other jobs, ex teacher, lawyer, doctor…etc. 2 points
 Family information: husband/wife, children, parents, brothers, sisters. 2 points
 What else was happening in history when this scientist was famous? Ex. WWII 2 points
 Additional information or facts you can include about this person. 2 points
 A fact that you found interesting OR a famous quote by that person. 5 points
 Bibliography of at least 3 resources in at the bottom of the page (alphabetical order by author’s last
name.) 3 points
