Lighting LOCATION 4th Floor Common Areas Paramount Court INTRODUCTION This document is the Design Summary and Statement in support of the planned refurbishment of the common parts of the 4th Floor of Paramount Court, University Street. The scope of the decorative works will comprise new flooring throughout and Streamline Moderne-inspired decorative finishes to the walls and ceilings, plus installation of new decorative and task lighting throughout the lift area vestibule and long corridors. The design has been worked up into a detailed technical design pack for Contractors as part of the tender process. This document includes a sample range of that documentation produced by the Design Team, including select CAD drawings and scheme rationale.
