INTRODUCTION
This document is the Design Summary and Statement in support of the
planned refurbishment of the common parts of the 4th Floor of
Paramount Court, University Street.
The scope of the decorative works will comprise new flooring
throughout and Streamline Moderne-inspired decorative finishes to the
walls and ceilings, plus installation of new decorative and task lighting
throughout the lift area vestibule and long corridors.
The design has been worked up into a detailed technical design pack for
Contractors as part of the tender process.
This document includes a sample range of that documentation produced by the Design Team, including select CAD drawings and scheme
rationale.
