Corrigendum to the notice of e-tender invited vide this office
number CEOWB/2016/e-tender/001, dated, 31.08.2016.
Following modifications
are made to the RFP after taking into consideration
the suggestions and inputs presented doing the pre-bid meeting held on
15.09.2016 in connection with the State Level SLA.
1) In para 4.1, the sentence,
"the Bidder should have the following
Eligibility Criteria and should enclose the mentioned documentary proof
in Technical Bid" shall be read as lithe Bidder must have the following

2) The conditions spelt out vide sl no 8 of the eligibility criterion under para

4) (a) 'The marks assigned to Approach and Methodology
to perform the
work in this assignment under serial no.4 of the Scoring Model under
section 5.1 shall be read as 25 instead of 35.
(b) A new section is added with allocation of marks in the manner noted
below under heading Certification and Experience as SLA in the same
table:
The Bidder having CMM level 3(or above)
: 5 marks
Bidder having ISO9001: 2008 Certification as a software company
: 2 marks
The existing state level agency in any CEO's office with experience of
ERMS handling in any state in India

: 3 marks
The sentence at the beginning of the paragraph under section 5.9,
"The Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
amounting to Rs.2, 00,000 (Rupees two lakhs only) through bank draft
payable at Kolkata" should be read as, "the Bidders are required to
submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amounting to Rs.2, 00,000
(Rupees two lakhs only) through bank draft in favour of the Chief
Electoral Officer, West Bengal payable at Kolkata".
