1. What is going to be presented at this year’s event?
The Lowcountry Strawberry Festival continues to strive to strike a balance of
providing fun exciting attractions and activities with wholesome fun on the farm. As
this event has continued to grow, different kinds of entertainment of all shapes and
sizes has been incorporated into the festival. But it is important to note that at the
center of it all has been and will always be...strawberries.
The event will again be divided into three different areas.
FAMILY ATTRACTIONS – This area of the event will again feature the world
famous K-9’s In Flight who will be performing a number of acrobatic dog shows that
is fantastic fun and entertainment for the whole family.
The Family Attractions area will also feature giant inflatables as well as the All
American Petting Zoo. Also featuring two of the largest jump pillows in the state, a
three story slide tower, playground fun and games, contests and live musical
entertainment all through the weekend, vendor displays, and more. The FAMILY
ATTRACTIONS area of the event will be open during event daytime hours FridaySaturday-Sunday of the festival until 7PM. There will also be a variety of festival
foods available for purchase.
FESTIVAL RIDES again will be part of the event. There will be a number of exciting
thrill rides, family rides, and a number of kiddie rides for smaller children. The rides
will operating during all event hours day and night.
STRAWBERRY PICKIN’ at our U-Pick fields will be open during event daytime
hours on Friday-Saturday-Sunday until 5PM while berries are available.
Strawberries are to be paid for by the pound.

3. What are the details about U-Pick strawberries?
Strawberry U-Pick Fields Open
Friday April 21 - Saturday April 22 - Sunday April 23
While available during event daytime hours until 5PM on each of those days.
Not available on Thursday April 20.
This year our U-Pick fields will be located right off Hwy. 17 next to the Festival
Rides area of the event. Pick your own strawberries paid for by the pound.
4. Will there be any discount programs for this event?
A special Combo Ticket Pre-sale will take place MARCH 27 thru APRIL 1.
Combo tickets can be purchased in advance online during this time ONLY that
offer a SAVINGS of over 40% off regular tickets prices that will be available at the
event. Combo ticket will include admission to all areas of the event and a Ride
Everything Wrist Band that entitles the purchaser to unlimited riding on all the
rides. (exception will be the pony rides which will require a separate purchase as
part of the proceeds from that attraction will be donated to local charities).
The cost for a combo ticket will be:
$20 each - ages 12 and up - SAVES $15 (42%) off regular ticket pricing
Prices at the event: Admission: $10 Ride Wristband: $25
$17 each - ages 2-11 - SAVES $13 (43%) off regular ticket pricing
Prices at the event: Admission: $5 Ride Wristband: $25
A combo ticket can be used on any ONE day of choice the event is open.

5. Where is the event located?
The Lowcountry Strawberry Festival is located on the perimeter of Boone
Hall Plantation and entrance to the event is located 1/2 mile north of Long
Point Road on Hwy. 17 in Mt. Pleasant, S.C.
An address that can be used to enter into Google maps or map software on
a smart phone that will give directions to the area is:

As is customary for all special events at Boone Hall, parking is FREE.
Please do not go to the main entrance to Boone Hall Plantation on
Long Point Rd. You cannot get into this event from there.

Ride List - 2017 Lowcountry Strawberry Festival
Ride wrist bands allow unlimited riding on all rides listed below that will be
located in The Festival Rides area of the event as well as the jump pillows
and giant slide inflatable attractions that will be featured in the Family Attractions
side of the festival. Does not include pony rides.
Number of tickets shown are what is required if choosing to ride select rides individually.
Jump pillow, and giant slide inflatable tickets will be $2 each for a limited amount of time
jumping and playing on those attractions. Pony ride tickets will be $4 each.
The All American Petting Zoo is the company that is presenting this part of the festival for this year
and admission to the petting zoo is included with admission to the festival. However, they will also
be providing pony rides and these will cost $4 for each rider. It is worth noting that the pony rides
are not included with ride wrist bands because the proprietors of The All American Petting Zoo
want to take proper care of the ponies and not get them overworked and overheated.
