BOOKING CONDITIONS
We look forward to welcoming you to the campsite and make you discover our town and our region, you will find below all information booking and rules of procedure for your future stay:
These booking conditions apply to any online booking, last minute, mail, phone or on site. This implies that the future holiday maker will have made himself / herself aware Information, tariffs, regulations and
conditions and that he accepts and respects them to ensure the smooth running of its future stay.
The completed reservation form must specify all participants. It must be returned signed and accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the amount of your stay + 27 € booking fee. Upon receipt, a detailed confirmation of
the stay will be sent to you as well as the balance to pay: on arrival for a pitch, 30 days before arrival for a mobile-home.
In case of late payment or default of payment, the reservation will be considered as canceled.
In this case, the deposit will be non-refundable.
In accordance with the terms of Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 7 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons and without penalties with the
exception of return costs. This retraction is void for distance selling. This clause also does not work either if the reservation and arrival at the campsite are less than 7 days apart. The postmark will be considered as
the only proof.
Payment choice : At the booking: credit card, cash. For rentals, the balance is payable 30 days before arrival (in case of delay your booking will be canceled automatically and the amount paid will remain at the
campsite).
Deposits : on your arrival, two quarantees will be requested
Accomodation : 300 € euros guaranteeing the mobil-home and its installations as well as all the inventory provided AND 70 €uros guaranteeing the cleaning done by your care (vacuum cleaner included in the
mobil-home) and household products free of charge at reception.
Pitches : 30 € euros guaranteeing the barrier access badge.
There is no inventory of arrival or departure. The mobil-home is provided complete. In case of a problem at your arrival: dishes or equipment or household, your are asked to report it the same day in reception. Late
claims will not be considered. In case of breakdown, a troubleshooting schedule will be set.
Departure: you will have insured by yourself the cleaning of your rental to leave it as clean and comfortable as at your arrival. The deposit will then be destroyed.
If you want a referral, you need to provide us a stamped envelope to your name and address.
Departure: in the event of failure, photographs will be taken to justify. A mail information will be sent to you with the billing relating to the refurbishment at the rate of 27 € HT per hour or to the rate dishes as
displayed in the rental. Without your reply within 10 days, the deposit will be cashed. After the recovery period of 1 month, the balance will be returned to you.
For any departure outside the opening hours of the reception, the deposits will be destroyed.
All the chapters, below A - B - C - D - E - F - G: are detailed in the reservation conditions: they are identical for the locations as for the rental
A/ Cancellation policy : cancellation of reservation must be made by registered letter (telephone and email not taken into consideration).
IMPORTANT: due to the riskiness of the post service, only the date of reception (signature of the recommended by the campsite) will be used for the calculation of X to 30 days or 30 to 1 day.
The postmark will never be taken into consideration for the date of the cancellation. The participant must also send: work certificate, work stoppage or documents justifying the care received, hospitalization report,
death certificate.
The participant must indicate the known or suspected date and circumstances causing the cancellation. The cancellation guarantee does not take into account early departures when you are already on the campsite.
All amounts paid are retained by the campsite.
B/ Cancellation guarantee : the cancellation guarantee is not included in the price, it is optional and amounts to 5.8% of the total amount. It can only be taken at the time of booking and payable upon registration.
No second registration is accepted.
C/ Nature of the guarantee :
The cancellation guarantees the deposits paid. In all cases, the costs of the file, the guarantee and the deductible "details in chapter C" remain at the campsite). It intervenes when the participant is in the obligation
to cancel his stay for the following reasons:
1 - In the case of a serious illness to the exclusion of pre-existing diseases,
- In the event of a serious accident, or hospitalization
- In the event of death: of the guarantor, his de jure or de facto spouse, his direct ascendants and descendants.
2 - Material damage caused by the fire or natural elements reaching the property of the guarantor and necessitating its presence.
3 - The cancellation for a guaranteed reason of the traveling companion of the guarantor and / or persons registered on the same registration form.
4 – The sequels and complications or aggravations of an illness or an accident, each case can only occur between the date of reservation and that of arrival. No reason for a known problem before the booking date
will be covered.
5 - Complications of pregnancy
D/ Cancellation conditions
- X to 30 days : Reimbursement of your deposit, minus the non-refundable reservation and guarantee fees.
- 30 days to 1 day: The reservation fee, guarantee and a fixed deductible of 50 euros are non-refundable. You will be refunded the difference between your down payment and this above mentioned total.
E/ Obligation in case of a cancellation
The member must immediately inform Atlantique parc campsite within 48 hours, by registered letter. The participant must send as soon as possible: hospitalization bulletin, bulletin of deceased. The participant must
indicate the known or alleged date and circumstances causing the cancellation.
Any cancellation of reservation must be sent in writing (telephone messages and mails not allowed). Whatever the reason for the cancellation are: the administration fees will be retained and will not be refunded.
G/ Conditions of cancellation without guarantee :
- More than 30 days before your arrival: refund of your deposit less the non-refundable administrative fees.
- Less than 30 days before your arrival: the deposit is retained by the campsite.
Delay or no occupancy : in case of a delay, you are asked to inform the reception in writing. If no information is received, the pitch or accomodation will be assigned to another customer the next day at 12H00. The
deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded. * In the event of a special request from the holiday maker resulting in a change of pitch or accommodation, the campsite within the limits of its possibilities and
availability will do the utmost to satisfy the customer. If this change resulting from the customer entails a supplement of pricing it will be invoiced to you; In case of lower prices the advantage will benefit the other
customer outclassed by this exchange. This change will not result in any discounts or refunds to the applicant.
Early departure : In case of early departure by the tenant on reservation location or rental reservation, no refund will be made whatever the reasons are : weather, etc ...
Arrivals : For each arrival an identity card or a passport will be requested, a copy will be kept with the billing form. Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm for mobile-homes and between 3 pm and 7 pm for pitches.
Please let us know in case of late arrival.
For reasons of insurance, the campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the mobile-homes to persons not registered on the reservation contract or if the number of persons exceeds the capacity of rented
accommodation.
Wristbands compulsory in July and August : during the whole stay the bracelet will be obligatory to any person over the age of 4 years to get in the campsite and take advantage of its services - a deposit will be
requested upon your arrival. This deposit will be given back at the end of your stay when you will return the wristbands (in good conditions). Access will be forbidden to anyone without bracelet. In case of loss or
destruction, a new bracelet will be delivered from the reception and charged 10 euros.
ANIMALS – DOGS ONLY : See rules of procedure. ONE DOG MAXIMUM per mobile-home and two maximum for pitches are allowed (except those classified as dangeroux ). ALL other animals are strictly forbidden. In
case of hidden animal, the expulsion will be immediate. Do not leave them alone in the rental or on the pitches. Be sure to limit the barking. To protect the rental, provide for the sleeping of your pet (cushion,
blanket...). Quilts, blankets, sofas and beds are forbidden. REMINDER : cats, rabbits or other animals are strictly forbidden in rental as well as in pitches.
Taxes and services have been applicable since 2008 : They do not have a contractual value and can be modified on rates and on reservations already made or in progress and without notice within the legal and
regulatory limits when intervening between the date of booking and the date of payment of the balance. Changes in taxes or applicable VAT rates (drawn up today at the rates of 10% and 20% depending on
services). With respect to local or additional local taxes in the event of a change in tariff or method of calculation by municipal deliberation, all of this Tariff item 2017 may be amended as well as the reservations
already made or in progress, a correction notice of reservation would be addressed to each one.
Brochure : the brochure papier and the website of the campsite constitute the prior offer within the meaning of Articles 96 and 97 of the Decree of 15 June 1994. It is valid for a stay between April and September
2017. However, the campsite reserves the right to modify the services offered under the conditions provided for in article 97 of the decree of 15 June 1994. On the other hand, we remind you that the photos and
plans brochure paper or website are not contractual, but given by way of example.RÈGLEMENT INTÉRIEUR
RULES OF PROCEDURE
Establishment under video surveillance: Law n ° 95-73 of 21 January 95
- and Decree n ° 96-926 of 17 October 96 and Law 78-17 of 06/01/78
relating to information, files and modified freedoms By the law of
06/08/2004.
These general rules and regulations apply to all vacationers, residents, or
even their occupants.
Réception : July – August from 9 :00 am to 12:30 and from 3:00 to 7:00
pm ; low season, see display. Documentations, informations, maps are at
your disposal.
Occupancy : limited to 6 (babies included) in accomodation and pitches
and limited to 8 (babies included) in XXL Pitches.
Early departure : pitches or accomodation, Regardless of the tenant's
reason (weather or any other), NO refund will be made.
I – CAMPING ACCESS
Access vehicles : Security deposit 30 €uros for your car. If you want to
park the 2nd vehicle on your parcel a second badge is possible 2nd
deposit of 30 €uros returned at your departure. In the event of loss or
degradation, the badge is invoiced. The badge opens the barriers from
7am to 11.30pm.
Arrival or night access prohibited.
Traffic : Limited to 10 km / h. Barriers closed from 23:30 to 07:00 all
season. To respect the others holidaymakers, departures before 7am are
prohibited. Bicycles: their traffic implies compliance with the highway
code and safety measures. At night, bicycles for children and adults not
equipped with lighting are forbidden for safety reasons.
II – VACATIONERS ACCESS
The PRESENCE BRACELET on July and August: Deposit 30 €uros per
bracelet, they give access to the campsite and its services. They are
compulsory on July and August for ALL PERSONS OVER 4 YEARS and
must be returned at the end of the stay.
This amount is high due to abuses on aquatic access. Any bracelet
damaged (due to wear, etc.) will be given free of charge. In case of
deliberate cutting, it will be invoiced.
- Fixed model for all campers: tents, caravans, rental, tour operator:
these bracelets must be returned at the end of the stay, and the deposit
is then returned. OFF HOURS RECEPTION put them in the mailbox and
your deposit is passed to the paper shredder.
- Access by day or by night is forbidden to any person not carrying the
bracelet in the following places: camping, swimming pools, lagoon,
games, entertainment, shops.
Visitors : accommodation, pitches or residential paying: they must
present themselves in reception during the opening hours and
obligatorily to park their vehicle in the outside parking. Access to
swimming pools, slides, lagoon, games, sanitary facilities are not
allowed (more info at reception).
Minors : For an individual or group stay under 18 years old outside the
family home not accompanied by at least one of their parent or legal
guardian residing in the same place or rental are not accepted for safety
reasons: the campsite does not respond to the standards of holiday or
leisure centers (Decree 2002-883 of 3 May 2002).
III - SHOPS
Each tenant managing: grocery - bar restaurant ensures its displays and
its opening hours, its supplies. These rates are not linked to the
management of the campsite. Out of season grocery bread open every
morning, restaurant in the evening, in high season open every day
continuously.
EPICERIE and bread-viennoiserie, fresh products, newspapers, beach
games etc ...
SNACK and Restaurant, take away: pizzas, french fries, dishes of the
day, varied menu in restaurants, bar, pancakes, ice cream, etc ... BAR:
license 4 drinks delivery: for young people a document justifying your
date of birth can be requested To be served. Any alcoholic beverage is
refused to minors in accordance with the law or to an adult if its
condition reveals an alcohol degree already sufficient.
IV – CAMPING SERVICES
WASHING MACHINES AND DRYERS: Tokens for sale at reception during
opening hours.
Gas 13 kilos : The "clear green" gas cylinders are available for sale at
reception during opening hours, payable at the time of pick-up.
WIFI is not included in the price and is only distributed in the area of the
bar and shops. Due to the important afforestation of the park the wifi is
not distributed to the sites. The terrace, tables, sockets are available
without consumption compulsory. The campsite disclaims all
responsibility for the deterioration of material in any form whatsoever
(virus, bug etc ...). Illegal downloads are prohibited and under the sole
responsibility of the registered customer.
-WIFI subscription only at reception : Rates per day, month, and season
on presentation of an ID. With your access code, the wireless internet
connection is at your disposal during the paid period. One code for each
device.
Camelots and various exhibitors and local products during the week from
18 to 21h (July / August)
ENTERTAINMENT on July and August : Sports and family events. A
detailed schedule is offered every week for young and old with organized
games for children from 4 to 12 years every morning from Monday to
Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00 - Free entertainment in the evenings (3 to
4 a week) in the bar room until midnight (schedule fixed by prefect's
decree): karaoke, toro-rodeo, disco, orchestra etc ... theme evenings
with meals organized by the restaurant.
V – AQUATIC SPACES
ARE NOT MONITORED, the following informations concern the
swimming pools and the lagoon: In July and August access with
bracelets (compulsory).. The shoes must remain outside the area or
in your bag. The swimsuit is compulsory; Shorts or swim shorts
and other clothing are prohibited. For babies the wearing of diaper
bath and swimsuit are mandatory. Access is forbidden to children
under 12 years of age NOT accompanied by an adult during the
whole period of their presence in aquatic zone. Please observe the
posted regulations and safety precautions. The pictograms and
schedules are displayed at the entrance of each structure.
LAGOON ON FINE SAND : Atypical swimming open from May 1st to
September 11th (except for important weather conditions).
VERY IMPORTANT: To ensure a perfect sanitary condition of sand
and beaches, no food (cupcakes, drinks) or cigarette butts will be
tolerated. This atypical swimming pool area is accessible for
disabled persons with "Marque Accessité" armchair available on
request; The pool area is not accessible. * Not monitored: see
regulations posted to entries as detailed in Chapter 5.
POOLS* : 2 basins - FOR 2017 the heated pool will be covered and

VI – NEW IN 2017 : COVERED AREA FOR GAMES
FOR 2017 : 6 NEW GAMES will compose the inflatable park for the 2
to 12 years.
A COVERED PLAYGROUND will cover Games for use whatever the
weather as early as May. Outdoor spring games: columns and
animal subjects, motorcycles, etc. are accessible from 3 years
. Game FOOT HOMEBALL from 6 years.
All regulations are displayed on the games or on the signs at the
entrance of the playground (maximum hours 10:00 am to
10:00pm). The Games are under the supervision of parents.
Reminder: small games are forbidden to big and teen for safety
reasons and compliance with the standards of the manufacturer.
Dog not allowed in the playground.
MINI FARM : Secured from 10 pm to 7 am. Do not feed the animals
do not catch them or run after them, do not mistreat them they are
there, free, for the pleasure of all: thanks for them. No dogs
allowed.
VII - PITCHES
Holding of the site: each vacationer must respect the pitch and the

Material occupations: Due to the camping charter, it is forbidden to
prune trees or branches to have fewer leaves or shade.
Wasps or hornets: The anti-pest organization 17 will intervene, this
paid service is your responsibility.
Linen : Stretch on mandatory dryer, NO wire between trees is
allowed. Do not waste water. Car wash is forbidden, including on
the camper van area.
Barbecue : gas only, NO electric appliances grill, barbecue, no
plancha, all charcoal lights ARE PROHIBITED (PLANCHA GAZ rentals
see prices with the Company Bonnes Vacances).
Sanitary blocks : We thank you for the good care given to the
facilities and to the respect of other holidaymakers. In the event of
technical failure or maintenance immediately notify the hostesses at
camping reception, outside our three passes daily cleaning.
VIII – THE LIFE OF THE CAMPSITE
Noise: Silence from 22:00 to 07:00. During the day, the radio or the
PA should remain discreet so as not to disturb the neighborhood.
Everyone will have to respect the nocturnal calm.
Atlantique Parc claims its quiet and "nature" side intended for a
family clientele with young children. The entertainments evenings
of the bar stop at midnight (prefect’s obligation) and are generally
carried out inside. When a holiday maker disturbs or causes
nuisance in the vicinity or disturbs the integrity of the installations,
the management of the campsite reserves the right to put an
immediate end to its stay without compensation. On the other hand,
it will have to compensate its neighbors for the nuisances it has
caused.
Any defamatory or false statement, peddled by any means including
internet and particular sites, will be the subject of criminal
prosecution against its author and constitute a legitimate reason for
non-renewal of the lease of location for the year next.
IMPORTANT : Regardless of whether you are a "holidaymaker":
caravaner, tenant, residents, clients TO: if you have a complaint,
please indicate it "immediately at reception to our hostesses" and
only in reception, specifying your name and location number That
the responsible authorities provide a solution as soon as possible
(see organization chapter)
Security July/August : From 9 :pm to 6 :00 am An authorized
security company ensures that this respect of calm and ensures the
emergencies of night - if problem do not hesitate to contact them;
During the day the entrances are also controlled and our teams are
trained in evacuation protocol.
ANIMALS : For this paying service a necessary "cleanliness" is
given to you. Only dogs are accepted, with the exception of those
classified as dangerous with a maximum of 2 animals per pitch and
1 per mobile-home. Providing a copy of the health record is
mandatory. Held on a leash, the walk will take place outside the
campsite or in the area "Cani". EVEN IN AREA CANI THE MASTER
MUST PICK UP THE NEEDS OF HIS ANIMAL." By respecting the
walkers and neighbors, the owners of dogs must take all their
precautions "cleanliness" for their walk. It is also forbidden to leave
them alone on the pitch or in the mobile home, be sure to limit the
barking. CATS and other animals ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on the
campsite.
household waste: For the respect of the environment, we invite you

deposit your waste to the various containers located in the parking
lot. Waste wood, metal, plastics are prohibited. Not collected, you
will have to carry them to the La Tremblade waste collection center.
It is forbidden to enter collectors on the campsite.

CONTAINERS DARK GREEN COVERS: BAG all
household garbage or small cardboard. NO bulky bulk (go to the La
Tremblade dumpster).
Green waste : Do not throw anything in containers.
Storage area of the private campsite: it is closed and forbidden to
the public. This is not a waste disposal area. REMINDER: it is
forbidden to use it, the materials and sand are reserved for the
camping only.
Ecology and nature: particular care is taken to protect nature in the
choice of materials and products. On the other hand, the vast forest
of La Palmyre is not free from minor inconveniences: moles, ants,
woodlice, pollen, leaves, etc ... and despite careful and refined
maintenance of the plots (selective non-toxic insecticide SID) You
may not enjoy them during your stay. Campers be vigilant not to
leave garbage bags waiting, fruit etc ... very attractive. (Ants warn
us immediately in receipt pads available). Our rental at the
beginning of the season at the time of the major clean-up (and in
season if necessary) are treated (disinfectant-insecticide etc.)

by the National Federation of Hotels Outdoors.
Camping organisation : In the event of severe weather, storms,
accidents or administrative reasons, the campsite would have the
right or the obligation to modify or delete "its" services and
activities. In these cases, an informative display would be
established for the attention of the clientele. On the other hand, no
reduction will be made on the contracts and stays in progress. In
the event of a material breakdown the campsite will immediately
provide information and will make every effort with its suppliers for
a quick and effective troubleshooting. Unfortunately, the campsite
can not manage nor be held responsible for the delivery deadlines
or the closures of the suppliers in summer despite a large stock of
repair parts which will not give a reduction on the pricing carried
out.
In case of technical difficulty or relative to YOUR STAY we thank you
for addressing immediately to our hostesses in reception only - Do
not wait for your departure. They will note your name, location
number and details of your complaint or suggestion: we will
respond to it or resolve it as soon as possible - if all the proposals
