Shape Matching
Card Game
Print these two pages on cardstock if possible.
Carefully cut the cards with scissors.
For beginner shapes, print only the first page. For a
bigger challenge, print more than one copy of each
page and let your child color shape pairs different
colors.
Game Instructions:
Shuffle the cards. Place the cards face down on a table
or floor, arranging them in evenly numbered rows.
Players take turns turning over two cards. If the cards
don’t match, the player turns the cards back down in
their same position, and the next player takes a turn.
When a matching pair of cards is turned over, the
player keeps the cards and gets to turn over two more
cards. The player with the most correct pairs at the end
of the game wins!
