Restating the FOG risk threshold for group mines:
•Recognised that the REAL FOG risk was understated
•By introduction of FOGM, identified vital leading indicators
that restated that working place FOG risk
•Deviations associated with substandard support listed in the
checklist
•Top risk drivers are elevated to senior line management for
action
•Without FOGM, the leading indicators were overlooked
