Rules & Guidelines
for Membership
• Cardholder must be at least 21 years of age to participate
in the Gold Rush Club.
• Membership and benefits of the Gold Rush Club are nontransferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any
other program or promotion.
• Accounts with no play after 12 months will be deleted
from the Gold Rush Club and all points and comp earned
will be forfeited.
• Membership in the Gold Rush Club is a privilege and may
be revoked or cancelled at Management’s discretion at any
time. All Gold Rush Club cards must be surrendered at
the time of revocation or cancellation.
• Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance
resulting from malfunction, operational errors, misuse or
transference of membership cards or fraud.
• Upon request, valid photo identification must be presented
when redeeming comp at the Club. The member may use
their personalized PIN number to redeem points at the
machine or at the Gold Rush Club.
• Lost or stolen cards should be reported to Security immediately. Duplicate cards will be issued with proper identification.
• Bucky’s and Yavapai Casinos reserve the right to revise or
cancel this program at any time without notice.
• It is the member’s responsibility to properly insert the Gold
Rush Club card when engaged in play. Any play accumulated without the card properly inserted will not generate
points. Cards removed before the countdown is completed
will not earn points for that session.
• Member’s use of the Gold Rush Club card indicates acceptance of the foregoing rules and all other terms and conditions of the Gold Rush Club. All decisions by Management are final and binding.
The information you have been asked to provide on this application
is for Yavapai Gaming Agency (YGA) use only. Your address, either
physical or email, may be used for periodic mailings pertaining to
future casino promotions and/or events. All other information provided on your application is used internally to develop and/or maintain the YGA database and assist in the development of future casino
promotions. We do not sell or transfer any personal information to
entities outside the Yavapai Gaming Agency. If you do not wish to
receive offers, you may opt out in person at either Gold Rush Club
or by emailing [email protected]. Please provide your
