Kotor, Montenegro
Beneath the limestone cliffs of Mount Lovcen and at the deepest end

streets, Venetian architecture and the 12th-century St. Tryphon
Cathedral, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Zadar, Croatia
Three thousand years of history are on display in Zadar, the Dalmatian
region’s centuries-old capital. Spread over a small peninsula and
surrounded by fortified walls, its beautiful old town attracts visitors
with Romanesque architecture, majestic churches, fine museums,
and a seaside promenade set to the unusual sounds of the city’s
famous Sea Organ.
Koper, Slovenia
On the coast of the Adriatic Sea, this ancient Slovenian town is the
keeper of a long and storied history. At times under Roman, Venetian
and Italian rule, Koper has been an important port since the Roman
Empire. Home to the largest cathedral in Slovenia and the 15th-century
Praetorian Palace, Koper has well preserved its historic treasures.
