Once approved, a new contract number will be automatically assigned to the RFS. 3. If RFS is not acceptable, Alliance will deny RFS. If required, Alliance will contact shipper to discuss. Price Desk notifies shipper of new RFS and provides RFS number. 4. Shipper retrieves RFS using number provided by Price Desk. 5. Shipper reviews RFS then validates and submits it for approval. 6. Alliance Price Desk awards RFS and adds new contract or amends existing contract.
