Spaghetti and Meatballs
Makes 4 servings
MEATBALLS:
¼ pound ground beef
¼ pound ground pork
¼ cup Italian breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 pound spaghetti
1 jar Costantino’s Kitchen Tomato/Basil pasta sauce
MAKE MEATBALLS: Combine beef, pork, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, milk, egg, garlic, and pepper.
Shape into 12 (1") balls. Cook in skillet over medium heat until brown on all sides. Move to oven and
cook at 350º for 10 minutes until cooked throughout.
Put pasta sauce in pan over medium-low heat and add meatballs. Cook until sauce is nice and warm.
Cook pasta according to package directions (until al dente). Drain and toss with pasta sauce, adding
meatballs to the top. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
