Phnom Penh, January 2015 – Fortune and luck will be beckoning this year with NagaWorld’s
auspicious festive delights! Meticulously crafted by Fortune Palace’s Executive Chef, Chef Woon and
his talented culinary team, the yearly Prosperity Set Menus, Yu Sang, C h i n e s e New Year Goodies
and Treasure Pot are all set to tempt.

Delicately put together are 3 Prosperity Lunar New Year set menus which will impress and captivate
even the most refined palates!Highlights of the menus include Shark’s Fin Soup With Dried Scallops
And Shredded Chicken, Fortune Chicken With Chinese Herbs, Stir Fried Prawns With Duck Yolk, and
Braised Pig’s Trotter With Black Moss which convey good fortune, prosperity, and happiness in the new
year. All the 8 or 9 course traditional Chinese set menus will also include the famous Yu Sang, and range
from US$288 to US$488 per table for 10 persons, available for dine-in only from 15th February to 5th
March for lunch and dinner. Reservation is recommended.
NagaWorld Seafood Treasure Pot
By back popular demand this year is also the Treasure Pot, one of the auspicious dishes to have during
Chinese New Year. An inherited secret recipe of Chef Voon’s family, Executive Chef of Fortune Palace
the Treasure Pot is layered with premium seafood like sea clams, fish maw, sea cucumber, fresh
prawns, meat and vegetables. This is absolutely a pot of treasures and goodness which will capture the
hearts of every family member. Available at a valuable price of US$168 for dine-in only from 15th
February to 5th March and reservation is recommended.
The Chopsticks Restaurant
This year, arrays of delicious Chinese New Year dishes are also available at The Chopstick Restaurant for
guests who prefer a quick meal. Guests can indulge in Prosperity Dragon Prawn Dumplings, Braised Sea
Moss with Dried Mushrooms and Oysters, Braised Pork Knuckle with Sea Moss, Steamed Chinese New
Year Cake with Coconut and many more. Available from 15th to 28th February.

Back by popular demand, these Chinese New Year goodies take-away make perfect gifts to
family, friend and business associates! Making its first year’s appearance will be the
Chinese “Good Luck” Peach Cake, which symbolizes good health and abundance of luck.

Prosperity Yu Sang – A very popular raw fish salad in Asia indulged during the Chinese New Year that
represents good luck, abundance and prosperity. There are 3 varieties available for dine-in and
takeaway – abalone, salmon and prawns sashimi combined with crunchy slivers of fruits and vegetables
such as green apples, snow pear, lettuce, carrots, as well as accompaniments like pickled ginger and
jellyfish, topped with a refreshing homemade sweet sauce.
Abundance Fish Nian Kao – The fish moulded rice cake symbolizes abundance and achieving greater
heights every each year, making it a very auspicious item for business gift-giving.
Turnip and Taro Cakes – These steamed cakes made from radish or taro, dried shrimps and dried
sausages are also favourites during the Chinese New Year. Symbolizing family unity and rising higher in
the New Year, these are great for family and friends!
Chinese New Year Cookies – These cookies makes perfect snacks for your guests when they visit!
Available in 4 types: Peanut Kapit, Golden Butter Cookies, Cashew Nut Cookies and Coconut Cookies.
