Business and Industrial Park
About the Business Park
Bastrop?s Business and Industrial Park is strategically located at the juncture of State Highways 71, 95, and 21 in
beautiful Bastrop, Texas. Sited on 263 acres of wooded hills and lush flats, the Business Park is the proud home of
several prosperous enterprises, including one of the few remaining U.S. based sewing operations, a major art
sculpture foundry, and a company that provides clinical trial material management for the pharmaceutical research

Located in the heart of the Texas Triangle, the Bastrop Business and Industrial Park is just 25 miles from the AustinBergstrom International Airport, 20 miles from the SH130 Tollway, 105 miles from San Antonio, and 134 miles from
Houston. The Business Park offers greenfield land, abundant underground utilities, concrete streets, and a large,
