The Sporting Dog Committee
has been a key resource for the
club in the planting of the fields,
maintenance of the trails, the safety fence in dog
field #1, and stocking birds on the property.
Everyone who enjoys working their dogs and/or
hunting birds on club property is encouraged to
attend committee meetings, support the money
shoots and support the committee. Without the
support of the members it will be impossible to
continue these activities. For more information,
please contact Bill Grundza at 724-650-0396
(leave a message if you get his voicemail).
LEG TAGS for pheasants are available at the club
house for club members. There is a daily limit of
two tags per day. Leg tags are required for all
Pheasant hunting both during and after the end of
the season. Your cooperation in this matter is
much appreciated.

Archery
The indoor league has come to an end.
Wednesdays in April will be work parties
to get the outdoor field course prepared
for the outdoor league which will start
practicing in May and officially start in June. The
indoor range and the new practice range next to
the lake are going to have new styrofoam targets
installed. These targets as well as any existing
straw bales are not for "Broadheads or Firearms".
When anyone shooting archery in the indoor range
is done shooting they should open up the bales to
avoid anyone else from shooting them with
firearms. We hope to see some new faces in the
outdoor league.
