Angel Scripts
There are several versions of Angel Script, some are more ancient than others and all are
shrouded in mystery. As with Hebrew, to which they bear some resemblance, they are written from
right to left.
The Celestial Alphabet
The Celestial Alphabet was never a language form as we would understand it, it has never been a
spoken or written language in human terms. It is a metaphysical alphabet, deriving from Hebrew
and from Qabalistic teachings where there is reference to “eye writings/ketav einayim.” Here the
Eye refers to the Eye of God, which may have evolved from the Eye of Ra/the Sun. The eye
became I and I am. This script has come down through the ages and borrowed from ideas of
Alchemy and Sacred Geometry and fused with other ideas of Angels and languages. In the
sixteenth century the script was written about by Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa, counsellor to the
German Emperor Charles V.

Malachim Alphabet
The Malachim Alphabet has similar origins in Hebrew to the Celestial Alphabet and was also
written about by Agrippa. Malachim derives from the Hebrew word for Angel or Messenger,
“Malakh.” It is the most ornate of the Angel Scripts.

Transitus Fluvii
Transitus Fluvii (Latin) or Passage du fleuve (French) means “passing through the river” and is
thought to refer to the crossing of the Euphrates by the Jews as they returned from Babylon to
build the Temple. The legend is that as Hebrew was given to Moses, Transitus Fluvii was given to
Abraham. The first record of this alphabet comes from 1523 when written about by Abraham de
Balmis. This alphabet is also based on Hebrew.

Enochian Script
Enochian Script was said to have been given by God and the Angels to the Prophet Enoch while
he was still walking upon the earth and then lost in time. Then in a séance on the 26th of March
1583 the script was given by Angels to the infamous magician and astrologer to Elizabeth I, Doctor
John Dee and his assistant Edward Kelly. The Script contains 21 letters. Each letter has its own
name and pronunciation, which seemingly have no real relation to each other. Over time this
alphabet has come to be used in Angelic workings and Angelic magic.
