These workshops are designed to develop your anatomical knowledge. They will also help you apply your knowledge to your teaching to help your students get even more out of their yoga practice. Tutorial format for personal tuition… Working in a small group will provide a comfortable environment for you to ask lots of questions and discuss with colleagues. You will have the chance to explore and develop your personal practice, particularly those poses that you struggle with or wish to refine. Continued professional development… These workshops are designed as CPD for yoga teachers and student yoga teachers. There will be optional home study set to enhance your learning (additional CPD).
