CirclePrinters and Roto Smeets Group complete merger of activities
April 10, 2017 – Amsterdam and Deventer, the Netherlands: CirclePrinters Holding (CPH) and Roto Smeets
Group (RSG) announce today that they have completed the merger of their activities. CPH has acquired 100%
of the shares of RSG. The combined company will be governed by an Executive Board, consisting of Peter
Andreou (CPH) and Joost de Haas (RSG). The management boards of both companies will also be combined.
CirclePrinters Holding and Roto Smeets Group announced their intention to merge their activities, by which
CPH would acquire the shares and operational activities of RSG, on February 13th of this year. The transaction
was still subject to approval by the competition authorities in Austria, advice from the Roto Smeets Group
Central Works Council (COR) and final approval by the shareholders of both groups. These conditions have all
been met last week.
