It's amazingly easy. Your toddler will be fascinated by the way your creations change the way she looks. Good for age: 18 months (but older and younger kids might enjoy it, too!) Skills developed: imagination What you'll need: newspaper or other large pieces of paper, tape The simplest kind of paper hat to make is a wizard's hat. Just roll the paper into a cone and tape the ends together. Ta-dah! You and your toddler are ready to cast some glorious spells. Create hats for both your toddler and yourself, and have a blast together as you try them on (and off and on ... ) in front of a mirror.
