F. FRANCHISE APPLICATION PROCESS
The application process consists of six steps as illustrated in the diagram at the right:
1. Send your inquiry to us
2. We reply to your inquiry with the prospectus and a copy of our Franchise Application Form
3. After reviewing the prospectus information, you need to complete the Franchise Application
form;send it back to us along with your personal / corporate presentation. A franchise committee
from CARLA’S GOOD FOOD will go over your application through a franchise vetting process.
4. If your application is accepted, we will send you the Confidentiality agreement. It must be signed
andsent back to us.

5. Once your confidentiality agreement is signed, we will send you the terms and conditions of
thefranchise.
6. If your location appears to meet our criteria we will schedule a time to inspect the site with you
inorder to verify the feasibility and suitability of the site for CARLA’S GOOD FOOD. We will
provide you with the Memorandum of understanding.
7. Sign the Memorandum of Understanding and pay 10% of the franchise Fee (which will be
deductedfrom the total amount of the franchise fee payable upon signature of the Franchise

G. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franchisee with the following requirements:

Adequate capital and financial strength
Full commitment to the business
Build and operate a minimum number of stores in a specific area within a specific time
frame
Strong business background (preferably in restaurant or retail business experience)
Live or have a business operation in the area to be developed
Ability to manage finances / understanding business financial statements
Effectively manage an operation that recruits, trains and motivate the employees
Willing to complete all the required training
Local Market Knowledge and community involvement / Understanding of local culture
We don’t expect every Franchisee to have all of the following attributes. However, CARLA’S GOOD
FOOD will evaluate each Franchise Application based on these qualifications:

Business Experience: Your previous business experience does not necessarily have to be in
the diet center industry.
Your financial qualifications must be financially able to provide a minimum initial
investment (approximately US$500,000), with additional resources available thereafter,
particularly for working capital and a possible financial emergency.
Track Record: Information about any previous business venture, whether or not it was a diet
center, is an important illustration of your capacity to succeed.

Willingness to devote full time to the operation. For your CARLA’S GOOD FOOD outlet to
succeed, your full time attention is necessary.

Long­term Commitment: There is no guarantee that your CARLA’S GOOD FOOD outlet
will be instantly profitable and even if it is, the continued successful operation Of the
