If you have not yet claimed your account, you will see a link below the Log-In button that says “Activate your
UNB IT Services”. To claim your account you will need your Student # and your date of birth. Student Numbers
can be found on your Acceptance letter or by visiting the Registrar’s Office (OH 141-must present valid photo ID)
If and when you have claimed your account, simply sign in with the log-in information you have created.
This is what you will see:
Step 2: Log in – this will take you to your “Portal”  Click on the tab that says “Register for Classes”. You will see in
the diagram below where to find it:

Step 3: Choosing Courses

“Search and Select” is the Default course registration method. This is what shows up when you click Register for
courses. With this method you simply complete fill in the Term, Location, and Subject and courses will appear in
that discipline.

Click on the Submit button and courses that are offered will appear. Once you see them, check the box of the
course you would like to take and then click submit:

You will come to a screen where you have to choose the registration option beside the course. (Be aware that at
the top of the page there is a “Action for ALL Pref. Sections” this is if you want to remove ALL courses or Register
for ALL courses at once. (Individual registration eliminates possibility of accidentally removing yourself from all
courses). Once you have chose the “RG- Register” option you can click submit and you’ll have registered for your
first course! Repeat for Fall and Winter terms :

Quick Course Selection

If you know the synonym of the course you would like to take (This can be found on the online timetable) then
you can enter the synonym into Quick Course Selection for a quicker method.
-This will bring you to the “Register” Screen again, where you can follow the steps listed above.
If you need to register for full year course, enter the synonym and section number for each term of the course. The
example shown represents a one term course or what you would do for one half of a full year course.
Click on Submit.
