REFUNDS for programs must be requested at least three business days prior to the start of the class, unless otherwise
noted. If you notify the Recreation Dept. later than three days, but before the first day of class, you may receive a partial
refund. No refunds will be issued the day of or after the class has begun. Please note: City Financial Policy is that checks
must have 30 days to clear before a refund will be issued. Additional fees will be charged for checks returned NSF and
participation can be suspended until fees are paid in full. For facility refunds, please refer to your facility contract for the
reservation refund policy.
RETURNED OR NSF CHECKS Customers will be contacted by the Recreation Dept. for any returned or NSF checks. See NSF
