Business Background/Summary:
Commercially focussed family business. The Mangakahia Valley Dairies
Trust business has recently purchased a cluster of dairy/dairy support
blocks in Northland to further grow its agricultural footprint.
The business has undergone significant development in the last twelve
months and is now in the position to have its first status quo season
beginning 1st of June 2017.
Vision of Business:
The business has a vision to be operating in the top 10% of Dairy
businesses in Northland. They have a development program for the
properties which is prioritised towards building production and systems
to achieve this goal.

Recommended areas for accommodation would be on the western side
of Kerikeri as it is close to town, gives access to farms, schooling and

All dairy farms are located close to Kaikohe and Kerikeri, Northland.
Kaikohe is a great community with many recreational activities.
Kerikeri is widely known for its successful horticulture and niche food
products, chocolates, vineyards, art galleries, cafes and crafts.
Pahia beach is also nearby which is an aquatic playground with desired
recreational activities such as parasailing, scuba diving, kayaking, boating
and swimming.
Auckland is approximately 3 and ¼ hours away.
