This Structured Product is a principal-protected with floating return Structured Product with investment risks, where the Customer can
only obtain the protection to investment principal. The Customer shall be fully aware of the risks and make investment cautiously.

100% of the Customer’s investment principal of this Product will be refunded by the Bank upon maturity. However, if this Product is early
terminated, the early redeemed price or the early terminated amount shall be decided by the market value of this Product at that time which

Target Customers of Assured Cumulative Earnings (ACE) Series
ACE series Structured Products are 100% principal and minimum return guaranteed at maturity, which
are the low risk investment products and suit for all types customers categorized in “Customer Risk
Assessment Questionnaire”. Both of the experienced and non-experienced customers are suitable for ACE
series investment products.
The investor (the “Customer”) shall confirm he/she/it has satisfied the following requirements before investing in this
Product:
 He/she/it holds the view that EUR/USD will be no less than 0.5 in 184 days.
 He/she/it has access to excess returns and is willing to take the risk that only receive 100% principal and minimum
guaranteed returns that calculated based on the annualized interest rate for deposits with the same tenor at the maturity.
 He/she/it is a Chinese citizen, or a foreign citizen (excluding US citizen or US permanent resident) who has been living
in China for at least one year, or a company incorporated within China, or any other customer who is permitted to
subscribe to this Product by applicable laws and regulations, who is a customer of the Personal Banking Department of
the Bank. A company incorporated within China, or any other customer who is permitted to subscribe to this Product by
applicable laws and regulations.

Final Valuation Date is less than or equal to 0.50.

Settlement Amount Upon Maturity = 100,000 ×(100% + 1.30% × 184/ 360）= CNY 100,664.44
On the Maturity Date, the Customer receives the Investment Principal of CNY 100,000 and investment return of
CNY 664.44
