New Error Code ‘ADF’

For all claims assessed on or after February 3, 2015 where:
-
A special visit premium is claimed and a corresponding relevant code had not been
claimed; or
A special visit premium is claimed and the corresponding relevant code is claimed,
but is approved at zero by ministry claims payment rules
A new error code ‘ADF’ will appear on your Error Report. ADF stands for ‘Corresponding
Procedure Invalid, Omitted or Paid at zero’.
This new ‘ADF’ error code will be added to section 6.4 Error Report Rejection Conditions –
Error Codes of the Technical Specifications – Interface to Health Care Systems Manual with
the next release date. The Technical Specifications – Interface to Health Care Systems
Manual can be found through the following link;
