Jamesbury Double-Seal® full and standard bore ball valves provide tight shutoff and minimum flow resistance. Their unique flexible-lip sealing design not only provides tight shut-off, but in the event of pressure build-up in the body, they flex and vent chlorine safely toward the high pressure (upstream) side of the valve. Jamesbury Wafer-Sphere® high-performance butterfly valves are perfect for both on-off and proportional control applications. They offer ball valve performance with lower torque and a more efficient automation package. In addition, we routinely subject our products to our own rigorous testing. For example, Jamesbury 3-point valve stem seals - with our patent pending design - recently completed a 50,000 helium cycle test with 200°C (392°F) thermal transient. The result: tight to 35 PPM Helium @ ambient and 3.5 PPM Helium @ temperature under dynamic cycling conditions.
