A Leadership Analysis
Below are seventeen statements regarding leadership. Place a ‘yes’ next to those
with which you agree, a ‘no’ next to those with which you disagree, and a ‘?’ next
to those you are not sure about. Then within your group share your answers. Try
to find consensus as much as possible on those qualities that truly define
leadership, and apply them to your congregation. If you follow these agreedupon qualities, how might these help your church to be more effective in its
congregational ministry inwardly to its members and outwardly to the
community?

his/her presence.
