【Common Information】
●No tour conductor provided.
●Minimum number of persons needed for tour to be implemented: One person.
●Price includes: ①All transportation mentioned for each course itinerary (JR fees
(travel package discounts apply), and bus fees) ②Meals/bath fees mentioned in
each course itinerary ③All consumption taxes (extra consumption taxes incur
with extra food and drink)
●Transportation costs apply for adults, elementary school students, and children
age 12 and older. There are cases in which costs for facility usage and meals
(determined by establishments) must be paid for children age 6 and under. Please
pay for these on-site. The price for children age 6-11 applies for children age 0-5
who require a JR reserved seat or meals.
●Reserved seating on the Ltd. Exp. Train cannot be used.
●Extensions on each itinerary are not possible.
●Dish menu may be changed depending on season or time. Also, depending on your
accommodation, meal charges for children may me changed to a child menu price.
●Please note that tickets such as the free course may become as final itinerary
including confirmed information by the brochure content and coupons.
●Hotels, departure dates and dates for using transportation for the JR Day-Trip
Packages cannot be changed from 10 days prior to the departure date.
●Refunds are available only at the place of purchase.
●Coupons cannot be issued again even if you lose them. So please
be careful not to lose them. Refunds are not provided for unused
coupons.
●Please understand that in some situations such as full
facilities, full seats on various transportation and other
situations concerning the facilities mentioned in each
itinerary (such as business hours and meal availability), we
cannot accept your reservation so please be sure to make a
reservation in advance.

【Information on the use of trains】
●JR tickets that can be used for tour packages are pre-designated specifically for
travel packages. Please note that they are treated differently from ordinary JR tickets.
●In the case that you use the ticket limited to certain trains, you can only take the
designated train.
●Participants of one same group will all board the same train.
●Side stops are not possible unless otherwise mentioned.

Access from the station It takes about 20-minutes by bus from Noboribetsu Station to the foot bath entrance. Get off at Daiichi Takimoto and its right there.
Daiichi Takimotokan is a longstanding hot spring inn in Noboribetsu. The large public bath
4,950 square meters in area, has seven different baths; the Kizunoyu(for cuts) , Bijinoyu(for
beauty), Oninoyu(Troll bath) , Netsunoyu(Hot bath) , Iyashinoyu(healing) , Manbyonoyu
(various ailments) and Bihadanoyu(beautiful skin).

Terms and Conditions

●This tour is planned and conducted by the Hokkaido Railway Companty (heneceforth referred
to as "the Company"). The planned tour contract (henceforth referred to as "the Contract")
should be concluded between the Company and you.
① Reservation and Contract
Please fill out the tour form and make a reservation with the deposit.
The contract should be concluded at the time of receipt of the deposit payment.

●The Company and the comissioned offices (henceforth referred to as "the Companies") may
accept the tour reservation by the communitation methods, including telephone. mail, and
fax. In a case when the Company has not received the form and the deposit within three days
of the notice if acceotance for the reservation, the Company does not recognize it to be
reserved. The tour fee must be paid in full in 14 days prior to the departure date.
② Inclusive Cost:
Transportation, accommodation, meals, consumption tax and other costs stated in
each corse description.
③ Excluded Cost:
Transportation and other fees that are not stated in each course description, personal expenses,
optional plan fee, and etc.
④Cancellation Charges
In the event that the reservation is cancelled due to your own ressons after the Contract is
executed, the cancellation fee for each, calculated with following rates for the tour fee, is
charged. When you travel as a group and if one or more of you cancel the tour, the difference
amount on transportations and accommodations (i.e.per car/room) due to the change of
member number should be charged to the rest of members.departure date, transportation,
accomodation or other part of the itinerary changes due to your own reasons, it is considered
as a total cancelletion of the tour. The predifined cancellation fee should be charged.

⑤Tour Conductor
Unless otherwise stated, the tour conductor is not accompanied. Coupons offered for your tour are
handed out. Please take a necessary step by yourself to get the service.
⑥Terms Regarding Correspondence
Under the payment condition with a credit card accepted in the Companies to be
paid the tour fee and cancellation charge without the signature of the cardholder,
the Companies may accept the our reservation thoruhg telephone, fax, and other
communication methods. Depending on the contracted travel agency, some credit
cards are not accepted or limited in the use.
⑦Basic Date for Terms and Conditions of Travel and Tour Fee
Terms and conditions are as of February 1, 2015. Tour fees are all calcurated based
on the valid fare, charge, and regulations as of February 1, 2015.
⑧ Handling of Personal Information
Any personal information on the reservation form is only used by the Company to
contace you and to make necessary arrangements for your tour, including
transportatio, the accommodation, and the facility services.
