Total Cost against tracking system / software and monitoring room will be paid at the successful installation of infrastructure mentioned in the respective category. 2. Total Cost against repair, troubleshooting, maintenance and any customization of tracking system / software will be paid at the successful completion of work each year of the contract period or as may be agreed by both the parties. Please quote rate against each category. However, in case of increase or decrease in scope of work, the firm will charge the same rate.
