Annex-II: Financial Proposal - Standard Forms

of their Financial Proposals; they should not appear on the Financial Proposals to be
submitted.]
Financial Proposal Standard Forms shall be used for the preparation of the Financial
Proposal according to the instructions provided under relevant Section 3, 7, 8, 15.2, 16,
19, 20 & 21. Such Forms are to be used whichever is the selection method indicated in
Section 3, 13 & 22 of the Tender Document.

Note 1: Please mention the amount both in FIGURES and WORDS.
Note 2: The Contract is on LUMP SUM COST basis. Meaning by OUT-OF-POCKET or
any other expenses will NOT be reimbursed. Only Lump Sum amount of Cost of agreement
will be paid subject to eligible deductions & applicable taxes.
Note 3:- Total cost may vary due to change in scope of work in any category according to
the quoted price in that specific category.
Payment Details:
1. Total Cost against tracking system / software and monitoring room will be paid at
the successful installation of infrastructure mentioned in the respective category.
2. Total Cost against repair, troubleshooting, maintenance and any customization of
tracking system / software will be paid at the successful completion of work each
year of the contract period or as may be agreed by both the parties.
Please quote rate against each category. However, in case of increase or decrease
in scope of work, the firm will charge the same rate.
