acquiredtheaccountsoftheonlinebrokeragefirmBUYandHOLDeffectiveFebruary17,
2015.
Forover15yearsFolioInvestinghasbeenaninnovatorinonlinebrokerage
servicesofferingretailinvestorsawaytoparticipateinthesecuritiesmarketandachieve
meaningfuldiversification,regardlessofaccountsize.Thefirmhaslongrecognizedthat
do‐it‐yourself(DIY)investorsdeserveanalternativeapproachtofadinvestingandflash
trading.Insteadofoverwhelmingvolumesofresearchortoolsthatcanaddrisk,customers
