Weigh Ins: January 4, 6, 9, & 10 - 7:45-8:45AM, 9:30-10:30AM, 5-6PM
Weigh Outs: March 9 & 10 - 7:45-8:45AM, 9:30-10:30AM, 5-6PM
This challenge includes ALL land, cycling and aqua classes. Receive 1 ticket for every instructor led class. Receive
3 tickets for attending a BodyPump class. The instructors will give the tickets at the end of the class.
Tracking for pool cardio is based on distance. This challenge does not include any instructor led classes. Log your
distance at the front desk.
Tracking for land cardio is based on minutes. This challenge does not include any instructor led classes.
Men: bench press your body weight (Women: Bench press 1/2 your body weight) for as many repetitions as
possible, without a spotter touching the bar. Whoever improves their repetitions the most at the end of the
challenge wins. Use the same weight throughout the duration of the challenge.
