committee members have never attended a board meeting before,
and house rules need to be established and sent out to ALL

Why is the board not hiring persons who are in communion
with the Roman Catholic Church but part of the Eastern
Rites? Other Catholic boards do? Is this a difference from
one diocese to another?

None – staff present have had the patience of saints with parents
who really don’t understand the process or the politics. One thing..
I think it's important to acknowledge the concerns that are nonstatistical ex. Parents really need reassurance that there are no
more avenues we can take fore recruitment.
